Actor Ezra Miller has been charged with felony burglary in Stamford, Vermont, the latest in a series of incidents involving the embattled and controversial star of The Flash, according to The Associated Press.
In a report dated Monday, August 8, 2022, Vermont State Police said they responded to a burglary report in Stamford on May 1, 2022 and discovered that multiple bottles of alcohol had been taken from a residence while the owners were away.
Actor Ezra Miller charged with felony theft

Miller was charged after police reviewed surveillance footage and interviewed witnesses. The police report said Miller was located shortly before midnight Sunday and given a summons to appear in Vermont Superior Court on Sept. 26, 2022.
According to the AP, the felony charge adds to Miller’s mounting legal problems and reports of erratic behavior. The 29-year-old actor was arrested twice earlier this year in Hawaii, including for disorderly conduct and harassment at a karaoke bar. The second incident was for second degree assault. Parents file a restraining order against the actor

The parents of 18-year-old Tokata Iron Eyes, a Native American activist, also filed a restraining order against Miller earlier this year. They accused the actor of manipulating their daughter and other inappropriate behavior with her when she was a minor.
Tokata Iron Eyes recently told Insider that those accusations were false. Miller’s attorneys did not immediately respond to requests for comment on the Vermont felony charge or the protective order related to the Tokata Iron Eyes. Filed Under: Actor Ezra Miller charged with felony theft
The end of The Flash?

After appearing in several films for Warner Bros. and DC Films as the Flash, Miller is starring in the upcoming film The Flash, which is set for release in June 2023. Although Warner Bros last week pulled the nearly completed Batgirl film, they have suggested they remain committed to releasing The Flash.
In an earnings report last week, David Zaslav, CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery, made reference to The Flash. “We’ve seen The Flash, Black Adam and Shazam 2. We’re very excited about them,” Zaslav said. «We think they are fantastic and we think we can make them even better.» Warner Bros. representatives did not respond to messages Monday.
