Biden and AMLO talk about the border

According to a joint statement, the presidents of the U.S. and Mexico ordered their national security teams to implement various measures.
The aim is to reduce the number of migrants crossing the border, both in the north and south of Mexico, in addition to protecting human rights.
They should also promote initiatives that address the causes of migration throughout Latin America.
This comes after the Biden administration pressured Mexico to toughen operations detaining migrants heading to the United States.
Is the flow of migrants to the U.S. decreasing?

It has been clear in recent months that the U.S. would like Mexico to reduce the flow of migrants at all costs — especially on freight trains.
However, the good news is that the number of migrants entering the United States allegedly decreased in January and February.
U.S. officials applauded Mexico’s efforts to make that possible.
‘The Beast’ is an infamous freight train that is frequently used by migrants to enter the United States.
Why migrants go to the U.S.

Biden and AMLO have worked together to reduce the flow of migrants in both countries.
The majority of Hispanics seeking to enter the U.S. come from countries such as Honduras, Venezuela, El Salvador and Nicaragua.
Many leave their countries due to violence, the bad economy and precarious living conditions.
They seek the American dream in the United States.
