Historic! For the first time in Spain, a photographer, or more precisely a paparazzi, has been sentenced for harassing an individual.
In this case, it’s Jordi Martín, who lost the lawsuit filed against him by Clara Chía, Gerard Piqué’s girlfriend.
The young woman’s name became globally known after it was revealed that she was in a relationship with the former Spanish footballer, who is also Shakira’s ex.
But now, after the mockery and accusations against her, the Spanish woman has a victory in her life.
Jordi Martín Followed Her Everywhere

According to Récord, Clara Chía reported this paparazzi for harassment a year ago.
It’s worth remembering that it was Jordi Martín who revealed the relationship between the young woman and Piqué when the former footballer was separating from Shakira.

On one occasion, Clara had an accident after being followed by Jordi.
A judge determined that the paparazzi was invading Clara Chía’s private spaces, and thus, he will have to serve one year in prison.
However, that will not be the only punishment the paparazzi will face for harassing Clara Chía, Piqué’s girlfriend.
Jordi Martín will have to pay the young woman around $14,000 for moral damages.
Additionally, he will be charged for the medical expenses Clara incurred when she had an accident because of him.
Obviously, after his release from prison, he will have to stay away from her.
