Former U.S. President Donald Trump, the Republican candidate for the White House, made a controversial entrance at his rally in Wisconsin.
He arrived in a garbage truck while wearing a reflective vest.
According to Efe, Trump explained his arrival in this vehicle as a response to recent criticisms from President Joe Biden.
Biden defended Puerto Rico after comedian Tony Hinchcliffe made an offensive remark at a Trump rally.

During the event, Donald Trump greeted his supporters from the garbage truck, saying:
«Do you like my garbage truck? It’s in honor of Kamala (Harris) and Joe Biden.»

This act was a clear reference to Biden’s comment, in which he stated, “the only garbage I see floating around are his followers.»
He was referring to Hinchcliffe’s offensive remark toward Puerto Rico.
Trump did not hesitate to respond to the president’s comment, asserting, “250 million people are not garbage,” as he appeared without a jacket, wearing the reflective vest typically associated with sanitation workers.
Efe reports that, despite Biden’s clarification that his comment was directed at the comedian, not Trump’s supporters, the former president seized the opportunity to claim that Biden and Harris disrespect his supporters.
Additionally, Donald Trump criticized Harris’s ability to lead.
He claimed that “she lacks the intellect, energy, or that special quality true leaders possess.”
Trump mentioned that the garbage truck idea came from one of his team members who suggested it was “the word of the moment” following Biden’s comment.
With the presidential election only days away, the political climate remains heated.
Particularly in key states like Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, where the candidates are neck-and-neck in the polls.
A CNN poll released this week showed a tie in Pennsylvania, indicating that the election could have a very close outcome.
