3-Year-Old Girl Murdered: Nogales couple sentenced

A couple from Nogales, Sonora, has been sentenced to 60 years and three months in prison for the sexual abuse and murder of a 3-year-old girl.

Rubén Alberto “N,” 28, and Berenice “N,” 25, were found guilty of these crimes.

The incidents occurred on September 9, 2023, in the Flores Magón neighborhood of Nogales, in the Mexican state of Sonora.

Initially, one of the accused claimed that the girl had fallen from a swing, causing fatal injuries.

The mother’s negligence contributed to the tragic death of the child.

Both culprits are now in prison serving their sentences.
