Actor Gary Busey, 78, has been charged with sexual offenses at a film convention held in New Jersey a few days ago. According to the AP, the actor was indicted on Friday, August 19. He is accused of attempted sexual contact and sexual harassment.

The accusation was reported on Saturday by the police in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, the news agency said. The alleged crimes were committed at the annual Monster-Mania Con at the Doubletree Hotel between August 12 and 14 in Cherry Hill, a suburb of Philadelphia, authorities said.
