On that occasion, the singer surprised everyone by appearing totally drunk and shirtless.
Although it may seem like it was only yesterday, the reality is that this photograph was taken in August 2016, a little over seven years ago.

After seeing the commotion caused by this photo, Vicente Fernández’s son shared an unexpected message on social media.
First, El Potrillo said that he couldn’t help but laugh at the embarrassing photos taken of him in a bar in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
It was revealed that he was there with his girlfriend, the model and influencer Karla Laveaga, as well as some other friends.
«The situation really amuses me, and it surprises me how something so silly on my part can become so significant,» said Alejandro Fernández.

However, ‘Me Dediqué a Perderte’ and ‘Nube Viajera’ singer revealed that he felt he had to open his heart and be honest.
«I feel deeply embarrassed… Today, we are all exposed to the media,» Alejandro Fernández commented.
In the same message, he stated that we all need to be a little more aware and careful about our actions.
«Yes, I went out to party. Yes, I drank to celebrate. And yes, I allowed myself to be photographed in a ridiculous way in the process,» the singer acknowledged.
El Potrillo was just having fun
In another part of this post, which sparked all kinds of reactions online, Alejandro Fernández wanted to make several points clear.
«Fortunately, I didn’t do anything that put me or anyone else in danger. I simply behaved like a person who was very happy.»
As he concluded, he accepted that being caught drunk and shirtless at a gay bar taught him a valuable lesson.
«Take care of yourselves and have fun responsibly. If you party, don’t drive, don’t promote violence, and try not to air your private matters,» he said.

After El Potrillo responded to the leaked photo taken of him at a gay bar, people didn’t hesitate to express their opinions.
One of them asked him to tell the truth because everyone knew he liked… and that he shouldn’t act so innocent.
«I knew it. I told everyone that my Alejandro enjoys partying. So what? That doesn’t prove anything, and besides, who hasn’t done foolish things?»
It’s worth noting that most internet users were supportive after the photos of Alejandro Fernández at a gay bar went viral on social media, although he didn’t escape some teasing.
Vicente Fernández’s disturbing statement
Nearly two years after Vicente Fernández’s death, a controversial statement he made resurfaced.
According to La Vanguardia, the singer said he rejected a liver transplant because he didn’t know its ‘origin’.
«They wanted to give me someone else’s liver, and I said, ‘No, my friend, I’m not going to go to bed with my wife with someone else’s organ, I don’t even know if the person was gay or a drug addict.'»
