The Miami-Dade County Court has published the divorce petition filed by the host against her husband, marking the official end of what once seemed like an unbreakable relationship.
Entertainment journalist Mandy Fridmann was the first to report the news and release the legal document confirming the separation.

On Monday, October 20, Ana Patricia submitted the divorce petition to the Miami Family Court, according to People en Español.
In the filing, the television host states that her marriage is “irretrievably broken,” despite the couple still living under the same roof.
The document references possible financial tensions between them.
According to the petition, Ana Patricia suspects that her husband — who also manages her finances — may have withheld information about her income and allegedly transferred funds to other personal accounts without her knowledge.
These alleged irregularities reportedly eroded trust and caused growing strain in their relationship, leading to a difficult coexistence within the same household — one where no marital relationship remains.
