Biden supports new elections in Venezuela after controversial votes.

US President Joe Biden has expressed his support for holding new elections in Venezuela.

He did so after the controversial elections of July 28, in which Nicolás Maduro was re-elected.

Biden responded affirmatively when a reporter asked him if he supported the measure.

The statement was brief and without further details before boarding the presidential helicopter.

López Obrador does not think it is prudent to call for new elections in Venezuela.

AMLO has spoken out against calling for new elections in Venezuela.

He considered it imprudent for foreign governments to express their opinion on Venezuela’s internal affairs.

AMLO suggested waiting for the Venezuelan electoral court’s decision.

He reiterated that Mexico prefers to act with caution on this issue.

Although he does not recognize Maduro’s victory, AMLO criticized the OAS and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

The Mexican president emphasized that Mexico does not intervene in the affairs of other countries.
