Federal agents entered a Target store in the Twin Cities on Thursday and arrested two men inside the establishment, according to witnesses and a video that has circulated publicly.
The operation took place at the Target store located at 6445 Richfield Pkwy, according to available information.

A video obtained by Bring Me The News shows the moment when agents from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) arrive at the location.

The footage shows several agents approaching the store and entering through the main entrance.
Minutes later, two men are detained at the front of the store, as seen in the video.

Another clip filmed at the scene shows a significant number of CBP agents surrounding the entrance to the Target store.
The agents force two men to the ground while other officers secure the area.
A witness states that the detained men appeared to be employees working at the retailer’s customer service area.
During the detention, one of the men shouts his name in front of those present.
At the same time, he clearly states that he is a U.S. citizen, according to audio heard in the video.
The second man also tells witnesses that he is a U.S. citizen while remaining restrained on the ground.
The recording was made by an individual who requested anonymity.
According to that witness, CBP agents arrived to the Twin Cities Target store in several official vehicles.
Each vehicle reportedly carried approximately four agents.

Observers at the scene described the moments leading up to the arrest.
According to witnesses, CBP agents initially approached workers who were outside the Target store.
The agents directly asked the workers whether they were U.S. citizens.
The workers did not respond to the agents’ questions.
They then attempted to re-enter the store.
It was at that point that agents proceeded to detain them, according to those present.
The detention occurred right at the store entrance, in full view of customers and passersby.
The video does not show the men offering resistance before being restrained.
Nor does it show CBP agents publicly explaining the reason for the arrest.
