Chance Perdomo was born on October 19, 1996, in Los Angeles, California, but moved to Hampshire, England with his mother as a child.

Although he initially intended to study law, he turned towards acting.

In 2018, he starred in the Netflix series Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, playing Ambrose Spellman.

That same year, he had a role in the BBC London, England film Killed by My Debt.

Up until his unexpected death, Chance Perdomo had only 80 posts on his official Instagram account.

The actor had just over a million followers, who immediately reacted to the news of his passing.

Several people noted that Chance had tragically joined the ’27 Club’.

This refers to the many celebrities who have died at the age of 27.

Did he sense his death was near?

Something that several people noticed on the actor’s Instagram was that he might have sensed his death was near.

On March 17, Chance Perdomo wrote: «Day 77. Fnal calm before storm. #backontheroad»

What really caught people’s attention was that in this post he shared the image of a motorcycle, one of his greatest passions.

What was Chance Perdomo’s cause of death?

According to EFE, Chance Perdomo died in a motorcycle accident. He was the only person involved.

Authorities believe this accident occurred between late on March 29 and the early hours of March 30.

The young actor was traveling from Upstate New York to Toronto, Canada, where the second season of Gen V was to begin filming.

He played a student named Andre Anderson and was an immediate hit with viewers.

According to EFE, Chance’s series Gen V was a critical success and had just been picked up for another season.

Upon learning of Chance Perdomo’s unexpected death, the producers of the series released a statement.

«For those of us who knew him and worked with him, Chance was always charming and smiling.»
