Mexican regional singer Christian Nodal opened up to his followers, sharing his nervousness before undergoing a new aesthetic procedure.

Through his Instagram stories, the 25-year-old singer explained his apprehension as he prepared to consult a specialist once again.

This time, it was to continue the process of removing some of the tattoos from his face.

«Today I’m also nervous because, unlike yesterday, I have a session to keep erasing the tattoos on my face,» the artist expressed.

Additionally, just hours before his next appointment with the specialist, Ángela Aguilar’s husband shared:

«Let’s see how it goes with the swelling, the irritation, the pain, and everything. Wish me luck, please. I love you all very much.»

Before the birth of his daughter Inti, whom he shares with Cazzu, Nodal decided to begin the process of removing his tattoos.

In this sense, the singer-songwriter explained that his motivation was that he would «like» his little girl to «know» his face more naturally.

Is this Christian Nodal’s first time undergoing this treatment?

During a conversation with Luz García for the podcast Noche de Luz, the singer from Sonora mentioned in May that he had already undergone «three sessions» by that time.

Likewise, Christian explained that after the procedure, his skin develops «very painful sores.»

He also described the appearance of «water-like blisters,» which, according to him, were due to the treatment.

«I wear hats, the sweat, the stage lights, I don’t have time to heal. Over time, they’ve faded a little more,» he explained.

Finally, in that same interview, Christian Nodal shared why he altered his appearance with tattoos.

«I did it out of rebellion. I felt like people wanted to box me in, like ‘he should be like Don Vicente (Fernández).'»

«I wanted people not to like me for how I looked, but only for my music,» he concluded.

Currently, Nodal is embarking on his tour after spending a few days with his wife, Ángela Aguilar, in Zacatecas.
