Although the circumstances of his passing are unclear, his friends are asking for financial help for his wife and children.

«It is with heavy hearts that we come to you today seeking your support for the Pedraza family, who are facing an unimaginable loss,» his friends wrote in their GoFundMe campaign.

«He was hit by a car 6 days ago, he was in a coma for about 5 days, but his heart couldn’t stand it and he left. It was brain death,» wrote Danis Duay Saavedra Pinto on Facebook.

Details of Gustavo Pedraza’s death

It has not been confirmed the actor was killed in a car accident.

Gustavo Pedraza’s family and friends wrote on GoFundMe: «The funds will help ease the burden of medical bills, assist with the costs of relocation, and ensure that Gustavo’s sons can continue their education without disruption.»

The Mexican actor, known for appearing in soap operas and series such as El Talismán, and Ruta 35, died on Sunday, November 19.

His passing wasn’t announced until the next day.
