Heather Marie Cruz lost her temper in a bar with her boyfriend and she hit him over the head with a beer bottle.

Shocked and outraged bar patrons witnessed Heather Marie Cruz allegedly smash a beer bottle over her boyfriend’s head.
She also threatened to cut off his penis during a fight outside the Caribbean Club, Monroe County, Florida authorities reported.
At the beginning of the night, Cruz and her 66-year-old boyfriend were having a nice time.

Heather Marie Cruz attacked her boyfriend

As the hours passed, their mood changed and, for unknown reasons, they started to argue.
According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, the argument began inside the nightclub and escalated near the pier in Key Largo.
This prompted a bar employee to call 911.
Due to the severity of the fight, the worker left the bar and ran to see what was happening, the sheriff’s office stated in a press release.
She smashed a beer bottle over his head

«She was screaming a lot and saying some crazy stuff, including threats to cut off his penis,» the employee told the officers who arrived at 104080 Overseas Highway.
According to the arrest report, the employee called authorities when she saw that the man was bleeding.
«His face was bloody and he said she had hit him with a beer bottle.,» the employee told police, according to WPLG.
«I called 911 and waited for the officers to show up,» she explained to police who responded to the scene.
Heather Marie Cruz winds up behind bars

Cruz’s boyfriend was bleeding and had a cut on the right side of his face near his eye, according to the police report.
Despite the evidence, Cruz denied everything. She accused her boyfriend of grabbing her by the neck and throwing her to the ground.
After several minutes of questioning, she admitted to assaulting her boyfriend but insisted she did not hit him with a bottle.
At that moment, the sheriff’s deputies informed her that she was under arrest for battery of a person over 65 and domestic battery.
Will she remain in jail?

On the morning of April 22, Cruz was booked into Monroe County Jail awaiting a bond hearing date.
The medical condition of the victim is still unknown.
It is also unclear if he will file a complaint against her.
All this over a couple’s quarrel.
