For the first time and due to its success, this season rewarded the top three places of «La Casa de los Famosos» with money, but how much did they earn?

An «internal» source from the Telemundo reality show production confirmed to ‘People en Español‘ the amounts paid to the celebrities.

Maripily Rivera took home $200,000, while Rodrigo Romeh received $100,000 and Lupillo Rivera $50,000, in addition to their weekly payments.

That’s why it was so crucial for the celebrities to stay inside the house week after week, as their payment was guaranteed.

The juicy salaries

The «source» who revealed the supposed salaries was close to one of the celebrities who participated in the previous season, and they disclosed the figures.

Apparently, the payment depends on how well-known the celebrity is, with salaries ranging from $3,000 to $12,000 per week.

According to the insider, from that salary, the celebrities have to manage payments for social media promotion, as well as «pet or child care.»

However, it’s also speculated that upon being expelled, the salary decreases, and the amount is stipulated according to each person’s contract.

It’s no secret that in the fourth season of ‘La Casa de los Famosos’, the highest-paid contestants were the most well-known artists.
