Alleged relative of Andrés Manuel López Obrador, president of Mexico, is executed

On Wednesday, June 26, Humberto Domínguez Obrador was executed in Palenque, Chiapas.

If his second surname sounds familiar, it’s because he is allegedly a relative of Andrés Manuel López Obrador, the President of Mexico.

According to El Financiero, Humberto is the son of Osiel Obrador, a first cousin of the president.

Additionally, Osiel is also the cousin of Manuelita Obrador Narváez, who has been a federal deputy since 2018.

Another Person Injured in Palenque, Chiapas

The Municipal Police of Palenque, Chiapas, reported that two people were injured by firearms.

As previously mentioned, Domínguez Obrador, a presumed relative of AMLO, lost his life.

His father, Osiel Obrador, also sustained severe injuries and was transported to a medical facility.

According to Reporte Colima, the presumed relative of AMLO was known as «El Becerro.»

Along with his father, he was intercepted by alleged hitmen near the ejido Nueva Esperanza.

It’s reported that Humberto Domínguez Obrador had been receiving threats since April.

Although it was expected that the President of Mexico would react to this news during his morning briefing or on social media, he did not.

Additionally, according to Diario de Yucatán, the threat to Humberto Domínguez Obrador was written on a narcomanta (a message from a drug cartel).

The hitmen attached the message to the body of Atilano Juárez Hernández, alias Chira, who was killed in the community of Emilio Rabasa.

«Understand this, f***ing methheads, this goes for all of you. You’re next, Humberto Domínguez Obrador, El Becerro.»

Investigations to clarify this murder are ongoing.
