Of the 41 detained, at least 29 were identified as suspects working without authorization inside the nightclub.

Pickard emphasized that such operations are possible thanks to the joint work of federal and local agencies collaborating to identify illicit activities.

The investigation remains open, and authorities have not ruled out uncovering further evidence of labor or sexual exploitation tied to the cabaret.

Detainees with Criminal Records

ICE reported that among those detained, five had prior criminal records in the United States, including crimes related to violence, drugs, and prostitution.

One of the most notorious cases was Juan Carlos Salas Medina, 30, from Mexico, who had illegally entered the country at least ten times and was convicted of aggravated assault, drug possession, and driving under the influence.

Also arrested was Julio Cesar Martínez, 47, with three convictions for assault with bodily injury and DUI.

Another detainee, Víctor Manuel Manzano Ramírez, 47, had prior convictions for DUI and repeated illegal re-entries into the U.S.

The list also included Gustavo Rojas Garda, 44, convicted of driving under the influence, and Genaro Díaz Pérez, 44, with prostitution-related offenses.

The remaining detainees are under administrative immigration proceedings, meaning background checks are ongoing and may reveal additional crimes in the coming days.

Authorities stressed that the investigation is not only about sanctioning immigration violations but also about identifying potential trafficking victims linked to this Dallas cabaret.
