Hispanic influencer Carlos Espina, known for his content on immigration and the rights of the Hispanic community in the U.S., issued a warning to undocumented immigrants.
There are growing concerns about possible deportations under the upcoming Donald Trump administration.
Espina shared practical advice to minimize risks in a video posted on his social media platforms.
Espina outlined three behaviors that he believes are the main reasons immigrants face legal troubles.

Influencer Carlos Espina urged the community to avoid driving under the influence, engaging in domestic violence, and maintaining negative friendships that encourage dangerous behavior.
“If you avoid these three things, while there’s still a chance of deportation, you’ll be in a much better position,” he said.

He emphasized that historically, under both Republican and Democratic administrations, most deportations have involved individuals with legal records.
Espina also issued a preventive warning.
The influencer reminded undocumented immigrants that, while no one is completely safe, leading a life without legal conflicts significantly increases the likelihood of staying in the country.
He also noted that other factors, such as workplace checks, could put immigrants at risk but reiterated that avoiding legal trouble is critical.
“If you avoid those three issues, you’ll be more protected than those who make poor decisions,” Espina assured.
He concluded his message with words of encouragement and promised to keep the community informed about future changes in immigration policies.
