As mentioned earlier, Walmart is a favorite destination for Hispanics, and is ideal for last-minute shopping.

It is one of the stores that is open almost every day of the year, including New Year’s Day and Easter.

It’s worth noting that Thanksgiving is not only celebrated in the United States. It is also celebrated in other countries.

These include Canada, some Caribbean islands, Liberia and among communities of American and Canadian immigrants in Mexico and Israel, among others.

It’s a day to give thanks for the harvest and the past year. It’s a perfect reason to spend time with family and friends.

In the US, Thanksgiving is celebrated on fourth Thursday in November, which this year will be on the 23rd.

Many are asking whether Walmart is open on Thanksgiving this year and, if so, what will their hours be?

According to USA Today, the popular retailer will be closed on November 23, 2023.

It will be the fourth consecutive year Walmart has decided to close on this major holiday.

They announced the closure on X (formerly known as Twitter).

CEO John Furner had a message for employees and customers.

He thanked them for their dedication throughout the year.

«Thanksgiving is a special day, and we want our store associates to have the chance to spend it with their families and loved ones.»

As for Black Friday, which will take place on Friday, November 24, the store will be open on that day, although the hours are still unconfirmed.

On the other hand, it has recently been reported that Walmart is under scrutiny for alleged monopolistic practices in Mexico.

According to El País, Walmart Mexico shares have fallen nearly 5% on the Mexican Stock Exchange.

A three-year investigation by Mexico’s Federal Competition Commission found alleged abuses of its market power.

Walmart, which operates in Mexico and has stores in Central America, has 45 days to present its defense to Cofece.
