Jessica Carrillo’s words were: “In case you didn’t know, you gradually gained the public’s affection. Obviously you saw it every time you were saved.”

AND Romeh listened attentively: “But you have realized that you are, and I say this with all due respect, Romeh, perhaps ‘a nobody’ at the beginning of the season, you came to become second place.”

People immediately flooded her instagram with messages claiming: “How out of place your comment, Romeh is a 7-time bodybuilding champion and a great person.”

“You have to know how to express yourself”, “Apologize publicly to Romeh, your comment is disrespectful”, “But what did you think you were telling him that”, you can read.

Given this situation, ‘People en Español’ interviewed Jessica Carrillo and she, sorry for the controversy, gave a message.

She said she was aware of the wave of indignation she unleashed and that is why she assumed the consequences of her words and apologized.

“I apologized to Romeh and he told me that I didn’t have to because at no time did I offend him. Respect and blessings for him and his followers,” she said.

“I said it without the slightest desire to make Romeh feel less, who is a great athlete, competitor, person and professional, I only said it with the intention of praising everything he has achieved,” said the journalist.
