The former Venezuelan presenter has been very successful with his podcast, which premiered in early October last year.

Now, the Mexican journalist has opened his heart for the first time to share about his relationship with Chiquinquira Delgado.

The news presenter and Chiquinquirá Delgado have been dating since 2011, but there has been speculation about a separation on several occasions.

However, both have shown that their love surpasses all the rumors surrounding their romance.

To start the conversation on the topic, the Mexican revealed that: «Someone told me that in Chiqui you could find one of the national treasures.»

Following that response, Alejandro Chabán did not hesitate to ask the journalist: «What has Chiqui brought to your life, Jorge?»

«Well, she has brought a lot of love and a lot of stability, plus a family that neither of us imagined,» revealed Ramos.

«I came into the relationship with Paola and Nicolás, she came with Carlota and María Elena and suddenly this Mexican-Venezuelan union becomes a new family,» he said.

«It’s finding what you’ve always been looking for, forgetting about doing and becoming being, so when we are all six together, it’s something else,» he noted.

But that’s not all, he also shared that he has integrated into living with Chiqui’s daughters by listening to current artists.

«Carlota, Chiqui’s 14-year-old daughter, who is also my daughter, has been gradually introducing me to Taylor Swift,» shared Jorge.

«So I am a declared Swiftie, we have been to two concerts and I am fascinated, we also went to a Bad Bunny concert recently,» he mentioned.

In addition to fulfilling his dream of surfing, there is something else that Jorge Ramos has yet to learn in this life.

«I need to learn to dance, there’s nothing in the world I would like more, I’m terrible at dancing,» affirmed the renowned Mexican journalist.

«Learning to dance salsa from Cali, I think it would be wonderful to be able to let go and I’m going to do it,» Jorge confessed to Chabán.

Moreover, he revealed one of Chiquinquira’s secrets: «Don’t think that Chiqui dances very well eh, don’t think she’s a great dance teacher.»

«That moment at the end of the day, when everything has passed, and when without saying anything, I just take her hand and we fall asleep you don’t need anything more,» he said.

Not only did he talk about his romance with the Venezuelan, but he also confessed whether or not he is willing to retire from journalism.

«No, I wouldn’t know what to do if I’m not working, doing has defined me and staying at home watching Netflix series is not my thing,» he revealed.

«I would have to kill off the journalist character to live differently but I don’t know how to do that,» Ramos affirmed.

«I’m not ready to do that, imagine what am I going to do? I get up in the mornings I exercise, watch Netflix series and then dance classes, I’m not ready to take that step,» he said.

Furthermore, regarding death he noted: «I don’t have that faith, I don’t have that certainty that when we die there will be something afterwards and it worries me!»
