José Leonardo Márquez, a 23-year-old Venezuelan immigrant has been handed over to Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) and faces deportation.

Márquez was arrested near the Capitol in Washington, D.C., for wielding a machete, a butcher knife and a brick.

He is currently in the custody of the Detention and Deportation Office.

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has identified him as someone who entered the country illegally.
