José Roberto Aquino Calderón was apprehended by federal agents of the US Marshals accused of the homicide of another Hispanic. When agents from the HPD Homicide Division spoke with the widow of the deceased today, they asked the woman if her husband had problems with anyone. A female detective led the talk with the victim’s wife and the widow of Danis Valladares then told them the story of the sale of the tow truck and the man of the mysterious black Toyota Tundra.

Valladares’s wife was unaware that witnesses to her husband’s crime had already told authorities that the shooter had escaped in a black Toyota Tundra pickup with tinted windows. Two pieces of the puzzle to find José Roberto Aquino Calderón were then joined.
