A scary shooting broke out early on Saturday morning at the Luna nightclub in Durham, North Carolina. Preliminary information from the authorities indicates the shooting left one dead and two wounded, according to The Sun.

It was a long night for authorities and for the club goers themselves who never imagined that a fun night out at a club could end up in a bloody massacre due to an alleged fight that took place inside the premises and eventually ended outside with one fatality.

BLOODY NIGHT IN DURHAM WITH THREE SHOOTINGS IN 24 HOURS

This bloody incident is added to the one that took place on Friday when an elderly couple and their grandson were shot to death inside their business, a shooting range. The motive in this crime was presumably theft, although investigations are still ongoing.

In the Luna nightclub shooting those killed and injured have not been identified and the authorities haven’t yet released more information in this regard. They continue to gather information to try to solve the case that has shocked the community that has seen at least three shootings occurring in the last 24 hours.

WHY DID THE SHOOTING START?

The police indicated that the problem began around midnight and by 1:30 am the shooting had already taken place outside the bar. Upon receiving the 911 call, the police immediately responded and began investigating.
