Former McDonald’s employee returns to commit masked robbery

The gestures and stature of 33-year-old Iesha Williams betrayed her when she allegedly entered the McDonald’s at 2835 South Florida Avenue in Tampa Bay, masked, to commit a robbery.
Williams, a former employee of the restaurant, apparently knew all the movements and the exact time she should enter, but her calculations went wrong and she ended up in prison.
It was just after midnight, according to the police report, when the former employee entered the fast food establishment armed and forced the workers to the back, the police said.
The victims noticed something familiar about the robber, but followed her instructions one by one.

They handed over their cell phones and put the cash in a bank bag, details the arrest report.
The assailant left the McDonald’s establishment without any issues.

The victims took the opportunity to seek help from the authorities.
They already had a clue about who the assailant could be.
Employees recognized Williams by “her gestures and stature,” according to the Lakeland Police Department.
However, it was not specified how long the woman had worked in fast food.
It took officers half an hour to locate the suspect, who was driving a deep dark purple Dodge Charger.
«She had changed clothes, but the clothing and mask she wore during the robbery, along with the cash bag and the weapon, were found inside her car,» the Lakeland Police stated in a release.
