Nuna Baby Essentials has published a complete list of model numbers included in the recall on its website.

To identify the model, users should locate a label on the bottom of the seat.

The issue was identified following complaints received by both NHTSA and Nuna.

According to the report, the defect is caused by «debris entering the front adjuster area of the harness.»

This prevents the mechanism’s teeth from securely gripping the adjuster strap.

Although no injuries or fatalities have been reported, Nuna Baby Essentials is offering free solutions to users.

Owners of the affected models can request a new cushion, a cleaning kit, and care instructions.

Users should register on Nuna’s website or contact the email info.usa@nunababy.com.

Additionally, a toll-free line, 1-855-686-2891, is available to address concerns.

Nuna Baby Essentials assures that seats functioning properly may continue to be used.

To verify functionality, the company recommends performing a harness functionality test.
