Just over five years ago, Pablo Lyle’s life changed forever.
On March 31, 2019, the Mexican actor struck Juan Orlando Hernández due to a traffic incident. Unfortunately, Juan died days later.
Currently, the actor is serving a five-year prison sentence, along with eight years on probation.
However, the bad news for him seems endless, as his legal situation may become more complicated for the least expected reason.
Pablo Lyle Facing Financial Problems

It is worth noting that recently Pablo Lyle was left without lawyers due to ‘irreconcilable differences.’
According to information from Quién magazine, this has left the appeal of his sentence pending.

To make matters worse, Juan Orlando’s family has filed a civil lawsuit.
They seek compensation for the damages caused by Hernández’s death.
Additionally, it is said that Pablo Lyle is experiencing serious financial problems.
This is due to his lack of income, as his immigration status in the U.S. is irregular.
After being left without lawyers, he is now under the custody of the Florida Department of Corrections until he finds someone to represent him.
However, he has been warned that he must present his new legal team in a letter within 20 days. If not, Pablo Lyle will be fined.
As of today, Pablo Lyle has been in prison for a year and six months, according to the Terra portal.
Taking this into account, he has three years and eight months left to regain his freedom, albeit conditionally.
It is believed that he will be released from prison in September 2027, just weeks before his 41st birthday.
After that, he will have to serve 8 years of probation and complete 100 hours of community service. For now, it seems that Pablo Lyle will face a fine.
