At the end of October, Paul Henry Digiacinto murdered his girlfriend Kyla Arce at his parents’ home in Coral Springs, Florida.

Unfortunately, he didn’t stop there, as he also attempted to kill his own father, although he did not succeed.

To this day, there are questions among social media users about how Digiacinto’s father survived his son’s attempt on his life.

According to Local 10, Paul Henry Digiacinto had shown signs of violence before the murder.

Police had received several calls to go to the house that he shared with his girlfriend Kyla Arce.

The couple lived in Pompano Beach, Florida, where there had allegedly been a disturbance that alerted the neighbors.

One of these people heard a woman screaming for help, saying that she wanted to leave and asking why he wouldn’t let her go.

Was Paul Henry Digiacinto a drug dealer?

The couple’s neighbor also heard Kyla Arce calling Paul Henry Digiacinto a drug dealer.

As if that weren’t enough, they heard breaking glass and furniture being thrown around before the police arrived.

After no one answered, the law enforcement officers forcibly entered the home, not imagining what they would find.

It is not known whether Paul or Kyla herself had put a large box in front of the door to prevent police from entering.

Did Digiacinto force Arce to lie to police?

The police detained the couple after they tried to flee in a golf cart.

Kyla Arce seemed to be in good condition, and had no visible injuries. Nevertheless, she was separated from Paul Henry Digiacinto for an interview.

Both she and her boyfriend claimed to be fine and said they didn’t open the door because they were in a downstairs room.

Friends of the young woman expressed concern, thinking that he forced her to lie.

Paul Henry Digiacinto killed Kyla Arce

As mentioned earlier, Paul Henry Digiacinto killed his girlfriend Kyla Arce and attempted to kill his own father.

The incident took place inside a house located on Northwest 107th Drive and 21st Street in Coral Springs, Florida.

One of the neighbors who called 911 said he had heard two shots coming from this house. Another said there were four shots.

Paul’s mother asked her neighbor to call the police because she said her son had shot his girlfriend and his father.

How did Paul Henry Digiacinto’s father survive?

According to Local 10, Paul Henry Digiacinto shot his own father twice. He also attempted to smother him with a pillow.

He was able to save himself, according to what he told the police, by playing dead in an attempt to get his son to stop.

He managed to leave the house on his own. He had not been shot, but blood was coming out of his mouth.

Paul Digiacinto was arrested and faces charges of premeditated murder, attempted premeditated murder and resisting arrest with violence.
