AUTHORITIES SPEAK OUT! After the incident at Rich Bar, where about 15 people were injured, details are emerging about what will happen next.

The Secretary of the Municipality, Jorge Daniel Hernández Delgadillo, reported that the bar did not have the necessary permits to hold the event.

This reveals serious negligence on the part of the organizers, according to the news portal El Heraldo.

As a result, authorities have closed the nightclub while the relevant investigations are conducted.

VICTIMS IDENTIFIED AT RICH BAR

Among the deceased is Manuel Alejandro Infante Puente, a 22-year-old young man.

He is the son of Juan Ramón Infante Guerrero, the vice president of the Confederation of Employers of the Mexican Republic (Coparmex) of Matehuala.

Manuel Alejandro was known for his passion for cycling and was very active on social media, where he shared photographs of his competitions.

A native of the municipality of Cedral, he was part of the «Bufalos» team, whose members dedicated emotional words of farewell and recognition.

Who is the second victim?

The second of the Rich Bar victims was identified as Rodrigo Espinosa Alonso, a student at the Bosquet College, an educational institution located in the city of San Luis Potosí.

The school also shared a post lamenting his death, showing the impact of the tragedy on the educational community.

«The entire Bosquet community joins the pain of the Espinosa Alonso family for the sensitive death of Rodrigo Espinosa Alonso,» they wrote.

For now, the young man’s family remains silent, and it is unknown if they will take legal action against the establishment.

Singer Kevin Moreno, known artistically as Kevin AMF, also spoke out about the Rich Bar incident through his social networks.

In a press release posted on Instagram, he expressed his deep sorrow for the tragedy and extended his condolences to the families of the victims.
