Rosendo Gaeta got drunk until he lost his mind

The District Attorney’s Office in Harris County revealed in a statement the sentence Rosendo Gaeta received for the brutal accident he caused while intoxicated.
Gaeta will serve his two sentences in a Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) prison.
The defendant received two sentences for the crimes of intoxication manslaughter and fleeing the scene of an accident with injured persons.
At 1:17 in the morning on the freezing Wednesday, January fourth, 2023, the emergency number received a call alerting of an accident.
A young couple was traveling peacefully with their son

Several deputies from the Constable’s Office of Precinct Four in Harris County were the first to arrive at the scene of the tragedy.
When the deputies arrived at 5900 Farmers to Market Road 2920 in northern Houston, they saw the family’s truck nearly demolished.
However, what surprised the officers the most was that at the scene, there was only the family’s truck, and the other car involved was nowhere to be found.
At that moment, the authorities still did not know the identity of Rosendo Gaeta as the responsible party for the brutal accident in the northern part of the city.
After the crash, the Hispanic did not stop his crazy career

Mrs. Chelsie Garbello was driving the truck, her husband Sydez Hasnain was in the passenger seat, and their three-year-old son was seated in the back.
Of the three family members, the little boy was the most seriously injured, and an ambulance helicopter urgently transported him to a nearby hospital.
The Vehicle Crimes Division of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) conducted the investigation.
Other officers conducted a search operation in the area, and one mile from the accident, they found the crashed car with Rosendo Gaeta inside.
A judge handed down two severe sentences to the detainee

The officers blocked the way to Rosendo Gaeta’s vehicle and upon checking his driving status, they discovered that he was very drunk.
HCSO detectives obtained video evidence at the scene of the accident that revealed that Rosendo Gaeta was speeding.
The impact of the two cars was brutal, but the drunk Hispanic man continued his trip as if nothing had happened even though his vehicle was falling apart due to the impact.
Gaeta faced his trial with Judge Matthew Peneguy, of the 488th Criminal District Court in Harris County, who handed down the sentence.
Where was the man drinking alcohol non-stop?

Out of respect for the couple Chelsie Garbello and Sydez Hasnain, the judge ordered that their son’s name not be included in the legal documents of the brutal crime.
The dead child in the homicide by intoxication suffered brain injuries, fractured vertebrae and separation of vertebrae in painful agony.
The District Attorney’s Office in Harris County is still investigating where Rosendo Gaeta was drinking until he passed out from drunkenness.
In Texas, bartenders or bartenders at bars or restaurants who serve excessive alcohol to a customer may face legal consequences.
