The royal family released a statement about his tragic death.

The statement was issued on behalf of Lady Gabriella Kingston, as well as Martin and Jill Kingston, Joanna Connolly and Emma Murray

They expressed deep sorrow over Kingston’s death, describing him as an exceptional man who illuminated the lives of those around him, according to People.

«It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Kingston, our beloved husband, son and brother,» the statement reads.

«Tom was an exceptional man who lit up the lives of all who knew him,» it continues.

«His death has come as a great shock to the whole family, and we ask you to respect our privacy as we mourn his passing,» the message concludes.

News of Kingston’s death also reached King Charles III and Queen Camilla.

They offered condolences to Lady Gabriella and Kingston’s family.

«The King and The Queen have been informed of Thomas’s death and join Prince and Princess Michael of Kent and all those who knew him in grieving a much-loved member of the family.»

«In particular, Their Majesties send their most heartfelt thoughts and prayers to Gabriella and to all the Kingston family,» the statement concluded.

Thomas Kingston’s cause of death is unknown

It has been confirmed that Kingston was found dead on Sunday, February 25 in Gloucestershire, with emergency services arriving at the scene shortly after 6pm.

So far there are no evidence of suspicious circumstances or third parties involved in his death.

However, the exact cause of his death still remains undetermined.

Thomas Kingston, who held a degree in economic history, married Lady Gabriella on May 18, 2019, marking a new chapter in his life.
