Are Thalía and Becky G fighting?

Thalía shared a TikTok video explaining the truth behind the conversation that sparked rumors of a fight.

The singer first said it was over someone eating someone else’s hamburgers backstage.

She went on to clarify that this was not true, demonstrating how easy it is to create gossip on social media.

«Don’t believe the hamburger thing — you see how easy it is to create gossip. People are gossips. The truth is I’m going to tell you what we were talking about,» said Thalía.

What really happened?

According to Thalía, the disagreement was nothing more than a misunderstanding over the technical problems that Becky G had during her performance, specifically with her shoes on a slippery floor.

«What Becky and I were talking about was our performances,» Thalía explained in the TikTok video.

«She was telling us that the shoes she wore for her show had not been treated in the rehearsal and be careful, the floor was slippery for her,» she added.

«She was telling us ‘The floor was slippery and she hadn’t tried them.’ So I told her, ‘That’s why I always rehearse with my shoes that I’m going to sing in.’ That’s all, don’t be gossips,» she added.

Thalía emphasized that the relationship between the hosts of the event was always positive and that the incident was misinterpreted by those who speculated about a fight.

«Becky and I love each other. Carlos Ponce, Becky and I love each other. Carlos Ponce, Becky, Ale and I love each other,» said the artist, urging her followers not to feed unfounded gossip.

«There are plenty of rumors so don’t start gossiping. We had a great time,» she said.

With these statements, Thalía put an end to the controversy, reaffirming that camaraderie and respect between presenters of the Latin AMAs 2024 prevailed at all times.
