Former New York Mayor and Trump’s attorney, Rudy Giuliani, has been charged for attempting to reverse the 2020 elections in Arizona.
According to reports from Agencia EFE and AP, the politician appears very smiling in the mugshot taken by the authorities at the time of his arrest.
Giuliani presented himself to the authorities in Phoenix, Arizona, for the police photograph and fingerprinting, information disseminated by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s office.
Indeed, the former official is part of a group of 18 people who define themselves as ‘Trump’s allies’ who committed a crime.

These individuals wanted to reverse the magnate’s defeat in the 2020 elections in Arizona, a state where Joe Biden won.
On May 21, the former New York mayor pleaded not guilty to the nine charges he faces.
Giuliani was found by the authorities while walking to his car after leaving a party for his 80th birthday.
For his attempt to evade the court, he was fined $10,000.
In 2020, Biden made history by ‘changing color’ of the state of Arizona, where the Republican party usually triumphs.
Arizona’s Attorney General, Kris Mayer, was responsible for charging the 18 involved in attempting to reverse the elections, stating that they could not prove electoral fraud.
However, it is not the first time Rudy Giuliani faces such accusations; in 2023, he interfered in an electoral case in the state of Georgia.
Trump’s allies and followers already face charges in different states of the USA for unfounded accusations of electoral fraud.
