A Venezuelan migrant bit a Chicago police officer twice while officers attempted to arrest him.
The incident occurred in the Loop last week, according to authorities.
Yonaiker De Jesús Arevalo Ortiz was already out on bail for a felony.
This followed an alleged incident where he bit another police officer who arrested him less than three weeks earlier.

The video of the latest arrest quickly went viral.
In it, Arevalo Ortiz can be seen shouting at bystanders and bracing his foot against the frame of the patrol car door.
The footage shows him struggling with officers as they try to put him in the back of the patrol car.
The arrest took place outside the Standard Club shelter, at 330 South Plymouth, around 6 p.m. on June 24.
A crowd gathered around the officers, and tensions rose.
The police declared an emergency to call for reinforcements, and one officer kept the crowd at bay by wielding his Taser.

According to the CPD report, officers detained Arevalo Ortiz as he was wanted for criminal damage to property at UIC.
Arevalo Ortiz immediately attempted to escape from the officers and bit one of the policemen on the wrist while being taken to the patrol car.
As the struggle continued near the vehicle, Arevalo Ortiz bit the same officer on the forehead.
All this is according to the police report.
