He Was Known as a health guru

Frank Suárez was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in 1950. He was 71 years old on the day of his unexpected death.

The health guru, as he was known, gained popularity through his books, talks and videos in which he discussed topics such as weight loss.

He also talked about diabetes control, improving health through diet and other issues related to physical and mental well-being.

Despite his death, his social media continues to operate as if nothing happened.

He is the founder of NaturalSlim

They say childhood is destiny and Frank Suárez’s obesity in his childhood motivated him to research everything about metabolism.

Years later, in 1998, he founded the company NaturalSlim, which is based on the philosophy of promoting «a new healthy lifestyle.»

Later, in 2006, he published his book The Power of Your Metabolism, which became a best-seller.

He also launched a YouTube channel named MetabolismoTV, which to date has more than 8 million subscribers.

What did the Frank Suárez death investigation conclude?

As mentioned earlier, the health guru died on February 25, 2021, at 71 years of age.

It didn’t take long for the investigation into Frank Suárez’s death to reach a final conclusion.

According to El Tiempo, Frank was suffering from depression.

Furthermore, the writer and speaker had stopped taking antidepressants shortly before his death.

Did he decide to take his own life?

The investigation into Frank Suárez’s death concluded that the entrepreneur died by suicide.

The health guru jumped from the balcony of his apartment, which was located on the ninth floor.

In his final last months, he had no contact with his family members, who revealed that he sought medical advice in the U.S.

‘The Darkest Day of My Life’

«It was determined to be suicide. There was no one else there,» said Lieutenant Ángel Martínez, director of the Homicide Division in San Juan.

More than two years after Frank Suárez’s death, his son Manuel decided to share his feelings.

According to WFLA, Manuel Suárez described that day as «the darkest of his life.»

«Every day I lift myself up from that great drama I experienced because it was the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through in my life by far,» he shared.
