Agents from ICE, the U.S. Border Patrol, and the Florida Highway Patrol participated in the deployment, according to EFE.
The collaboration took place under so-called 287(g) agreements, which allow local authorities to participate in immigration enforcement activities.
According to ICE, these agreements facilitate joint work between federal, state, and local agencies.
In an official statement, the agency described those detained as “criminal illegal aliens.”
ICE stated that 23 people were deported during the second day of the operation alone.
The agency did not specify how many individuals remain in custody after the conclusion of the operation, nor did it detail the specific cities or counties where the arrests occurred.

ICE defended the operation as an action focused on protecting neighborhood safety across the state.
“Removing criminals like these from neighborhoods” was the goal of the deployment, according to the agency.
On social media, ICE shared images of four individuals detained during the operation.
Among them was a Mexican citizen convicted of fraud, according to official information.
The agency also highlighted a Guatemalan migrant identified as a suspect in a child cruelty case.
Another detainee was a Honduran national who served eight years in prison for a weapons-related attack.
The fourth individual identified was another Honduran migrant accused of domestic violence.
Authorities did not provide additional details regarding the legal proceedings of those detained.

The operation occurred hours after information was revealed regarding state spending on immigration enforcement.
A report from the administration of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was sent to the state legislature and later leaked to the press.
The document indicates that Florida spent $573 million on immigration operations over the past three years.
According to the report, the funds came from a pool originally designated for emergency use.
Last week, DeSantis stated that “no other state has done more than Florida” on immigration enforcement.
The governor has pushed for mandatory adoption of 287(g) agreements by all local authorities.
This has enabled broader cooperation with ICE in the arrest of migrants.
DeSantis also said that these measures resulted in the arrest of 20,000 migrants over a nine-month period.
He is currently promoting new legislation aimed at further restricting migration in the state.
Among the proposals mentioned is a ban on undocumented individuals sending remittances.
State authorities have not announced any immediate changes following the three-day operation.
