The order to kill his wife and children came from his most feared rivals: Félix Gallardo and the Arellano Félix brothers.

These leaders of the Tijuana cartel were responsible for the deaths of Palma’s loved ones.

In an act of extreme cruelty, hitmen kidnapped Guadalupe Lejía, decapitated her, and sent her head to Palma as a message.

A week later, Rafael Clavel Moreno, Guadalupe’s lover, sent Palma a chilling video.

In the video, the execution of his young children, Nataly, aged four, and Sergio, aged five, was shown.

The children were thrown from the Bridge of Concord in Venezuela, an act that utterly broke Palma.

This painful event marked the beginning of Palma’s relentless quest for revenge.

In retaliation, Palma ordered the killing of nine individuals connected to Félix Gallardo, including close friends and family members, such as his mother-in-law.

The victims’ bodies were found brutally beaten, with fractured skulls and ruptured organs.

This atrocity underscores the brutality of ‘El Güero’ Palma’s response.

‘El Güero’ Palma not only lost his family but also spent years in prison.

He was arrested and convicted of possessing weapons reserved for the Mexican military and served seven years in Puente Grande.

In 2007, he was extradited to the United States, convicted of cocaine trafficking, and sentenced to 16 years.

However, after a reduction for good behavior, he was released in 2017.

In June 2021, ‘El Güero’ Palma was repatriated to Mexico and imprisoned in the maximum-security El Altiplano prison.

Despite a temporary release due to acquittal in organized crime charges, his future remains uncertain.

Authorities are investigating other possible charges against him.

This leaves his legal situation in limbo.

The story of ‘El Güero’ Palma is one of pain, vengeance, and redemption, continuing to reverberate within Mexican drug trafficking circles.

Throughout his life, love and loyalty to his family were overshadowed by the extreme violence of the cartels.

The loss of his loved ones and his relentless quest for revenge shaped his destiny.
