How did the idea to create the podcast come about and what motivated you to get into this project?

«To address this issue of horoscopes, the first thing that is necessary is to try to find out what astrology is and what horoscopes and astrology are,» said Ricardo.
«For this we must go to its etymological roots, astro and logos. Astro means star. Logos, knowledge. So astrology refers to the knowledge of the stars, to the reach that the stars can have.
And that is where astrologers come to the fore as people who study the stars and investigate the reach that they can have.
But notice that it does not have a specificity, it does not talk about the stars and the behavior of the stars and the cycles of the stars and ailments.»
Could you share with us what your particular approach is and how it influences the structure and content of your podcast?

«One of them is global in nature and collective in nature. In what sense? In the sense that we are part of the families of those who live,» Ricardo says.
«For example, in a building, they are affected by everything that happens in it. The same thing happens for those who live in a particular country or city.
The decisions of the mayor or the president or the board of directors of that country end up significantly determining the course of its affairs.
And all this is reflected on its inhabitants like a large avenue in which there is an accident or an untimely event occurs,» he continued.
How do you select the topics and zodiac signs to cover in each episode of your podcast?

«I have read approximately 40,000 letters throughout my life, because the long years already exert their respective pressures.
But the horoscopes that are prepared have a series of references that are of great knowledge to clarify those circumstances with which we intend to be consistent.
So in the last decade I have been more dedicated to developing other things, such as products for the automatic interpretation of the astrological chart.
It’s a project that I’ve been working on for almost 20 years and it finally came to light where our services appeared on the astrology triple page,» shared Ricardo Villalobos.
How do you approach the task of conveying astrological information in an accessible and compelling way to a diverse audience?

«Well, I tell you that astrology is not an area of knowledge to believe in, it is to study it, to investigate it and to delve into its theories.
Generally people do not believe in astrology because they have never studied it, and that is totally reasonable, and they let themselves be carried away by public opinion.
There are people who speak badly about something they have never studied, as is the case with astrology, they have never delved into it, they have never investigated its premises.
And some people, for example, say it is impossible for a conglomerate of individuals who were born under the sign of Aries to all be affected and for the horoscope to work on that person.»
How do you handle the different interpretations that may arise from listeners?

«A country that has a financial bankruptcy or that a dictator arises, or that there is a change due to certain circumstances, all its residents are affected.
A prosperous company that goes bankrupt due to certain financial movements or market circumstances, all employees are affected.
What is this? Collective influences. We are part of great families and on the subject of zodiac signs.»
How do you stay up to date with new trends and discoveries in astrology and how do these influence your content?

«In our culture we have forgotten to investigate those aspects that are transcendent. Who among us has time to dedicate ourselves to delving into why it is the way it is?
And I tell you that astrology is a very powerful tool to investigate these three substantial concerns.
So the idea of our podcast it is very simple to transmit information that is the result of many years of study, many years of research for all people.
And our birth sign is always the prop, it is always the reference on which we rely to create that type of readings.»
How do you think astrology in podcast format can impact and reach new audiences?

«What I think about this is that when the most deeply rooted beliefs decline, people walk in other directions that lead to reevaluating the connection with life.
Because our culture has generated a series of very high complexities for us.
For what reason? Because they convinced us that life is approached from the thought, not from the heart or the senses.
So we would have to walk in the direction, from connecting from within and declining the imposed beliefs.»
Unlike other astrologers, you do not usually make specific predictions about the future, what is the reason?

«Just saying, ‘I don’t think that’s what it is and I never study it’, is incorrect.
I think that this type of reading and appreciation becomes a very, very valuable tool for people.
Human beings always have sensitivity towards guidance to be guided, to find suggestions.
That is why I think that the role of astrology is becoming much more vivid in the collective dynamic and many people seek to find in it answers to their primary concerns.»
