«The most dangerous gangs in the world are in Miami and they come from Venezuela,» railed Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw.
Following the arrest of three Guatemalan immigrants, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office blames the federal government’s border policies.
Bradshaw argues that they leave the country defenseless against gangs, especially those coming from Venezuela.

Palm Beach County Sheriff warns of gangs from Venezuela
«The most dangerous gangs in the world are now in Miami and they come from Venezuela. They make MS13 look like schoolboys,» said Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw.
This statement was made during a press conference where he announced the arrest of the three immigrants.
The sheriff referred to the detainees as «undocumented» to underscore, in his opinion, the danger the United States faces because of border security issues.
The Sheriff’s Office identified the suspects as: Andrés Felipe Morales, 29; Darinel Ordóñez Jiménez, 30, and Marcos Felipe Ramírez, 31.
What did the Guatemalan suspects do?
They three men allegedly abducted a woman at 1:00 a.m. on Monday in a residential area just west of Interstate 95.
Subsequently, the trio purportedly sexually assaulted her in two different locations.
«Why do you think they’re here? They’re not here to play the lottery. They’re here to do bad things,» Bradshaw vehemently asserts, referring to those who enter the U.S. irregularly through the southern border.
The police chief warns, «They won’t just stay in Miami (…) They’ll go where they need to go to do what they do. No one knows if they’ll be in Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County.»
Sheriff Ric Bradshaw blames immigrants for crime
«They’re just going to do what they’re going to do. And we’re going to have to deal with them,» he added.
In light of the arrest, the sheriff criticized the federal government for not taking more effective measures to protect the southern border, describing irregular migration as a serious threat to national security.
«Our department remains the forefront for the security of the entire southern Florida,» he remarked.
«Every three months, we have a meeting to ensure we’re operationally ready for whatever may happen here in southern Florida,» he added.
The 3 men should never have been allowed in the country
The police chief also highlighted his office’s work with the FBI to address the increase in gang-related criminal activity in Miami.
«Don’t think for a minute that what’s happening at the Mexico border doesn’t affect us here. There are those three ****, they should never have been in this country. They’ve committed a very serious crime, kidnapping and sexual assault of a lady,» Bradshaw emphasizes.
However, activists believe that this is anti-immigrant rhetoric is being ramped up because it’s an election year.
They argue that statistics show that the majority of crimes in the country are not committed by immigrants.
