Authorities in Oaxaca reported that Majestic and three friends decided to relax on La Entrega beach in Huatulco after participating in a freestyle competition held in Mexico City.
However, the fun turned into tragedy when the rapper encountered difficulties in the water.
Despite the efforts of lifeguards and firefighters, Óscar Vázquez could not be rescued. It is speculated that he suffered from bronchoaspiration while swimming.

Bronchoaspiration occurs when solids or liquids accidentally enter the respiratory tract, resulting in a blocked throat.
According to reports, both the rapper and his friends had consumed food and did not wait long enough before entering the water.
It is speculated that it was during this time when Óscar Vázquez began to experience difficulties in the water and was ultimately dragged by the waves.
Despite firefighters coming to his rescue after the young man began to lose consciousness and control of his body, it was unfortunately too late.
